Welcome to Bluebird Car Rental!
Located in the very heart of Cornwall, we are ideally positioned to quickly and easily get to anywhere in the county within an hour (road conditions allowing). Bluebird Hire is a local family run, friendly company with a good knowledge of the area, attractions, events and people. We’ve built this website ourselves and would love to hear your feedback
Our delivery and collection service
- We will meet you, and/or collect your Bluebird Hire car, from any location in Cornwall, free of charge from 6.00am to midnight (regardless of period of hire)
- Between the hours of midnight and 6.00am a meet and/or collection charge of £10.00 applies (each way, includes VAT)
- If you would like to be met and/or have your Bluebird Hire car collected from any location outside of Cornwall, this must be arranged and paid for beforehand. The cost will depend on location and time

Pet Friendly
- Responsible dog owners with well behaved animals are welcome. However, a charge for damage and/or cleaning may be levied if necessary
- We can supply ‘poop-
bags’ and a ‘Cornwall Visitor Guide for Dog Owners’ as provided by the Cornwall Tourist Board. This useful guide helps dog owners explore Cornwall’s beaches, gardens, nurseries and attractions. It includes dog-friendly pubs and enables you to be prepared for the unexpected, listing day care kennels, vets, pet shops and emergency contact information
